Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to love Vasse Virgin's products and services as much as we do, and to enjoy your online shopping experience with us.

Therefore if an item is found to be faulty or arrives to you damaged, we will replace it immediately. All refunds and returns need to be communicated to our Customer Service team. Refunds will be issued in the same tender as was used in the original purchase. Refunds and returns will be honoured on the basis:

  • The request is put to our Customer Service team within 30 days of purchase.
  • The returned item/s includes all original tags/labels attached.
