Grilled Chicken with Ginger and Coriander Dressing




Gently grill the chicken, being careful not to overcook it, and then set it aside to rest in a warm place. In the meantime, cut the asparagus into small spears, grill them and then add the avocado. Serve in bowls then dress generously with the Ginger and Coriander dressing. Carve the chicken pieces and set them on top. Enjoy!

the coriander and ginger dressing is so versatile as it can simply go with different types of salads and meats. It is my most favourite Vas Virgin product
