Grilled Chicken with Ginger and Coriander Dressing
- 1 Chicken Breast or Thigh per person
- Fresh Asparagus Stalks
- Fresh Avocados
- Vasse Virgin Ginger and Coriander Dressing
Gently grill the chicken, being careful not to overcook it, and then set it aside to rest in a warm place. In the meantime, cut the asparagus into small spears, grill them and then add the avocado. Serve in bowls then dress generously with the Ginger and Coriander dressing. Carve the chicken pieces and set them on top. Enjoy!
