Customers will earn rewards points for leaving up to 2 product reviews every 30 days.

This limit also applies to the points rewarded for uploading a photo or video to your review.

To automatically earn rewards points for a product review, your review must be submitted via the review request email sent to you after you place an order.

How it works

Everyone who signs up is automatically given a unique referral link.

Share your link with your friends or family to give them $10 off their first purchase. You will receive a $10 off voucher for every new customer who makes a purchase using your link.

Your referrer reward voucher code will be sent to you via email.

When you're logged in to your account, you can find and share your referral link from the rewards panel.

The built-in sharing options are Facebook, Twitter, and email. Or you can simply copy your referral link and send it to friends & family via text message, What's App, carrier pigeon, or however you like!

Additional Information

A minimum spend of A$40 applies for both orders. Referrers must use their A$10 voucher within 6 months.

To qualify for a referral, your friend must be a new customer and have a valid email address.

What do I get as a Vasse Virgin Rewards Member?

For every dollar spent, members will earn points. Members can then redeem points for vouchers to save money on future orders. 

The more points you earn, the more exclusive member benefits you will unlock. 

Silver

Our entry level tier, Silver Members will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. You’ll also receive 100 bonus points for your birthday! 

Gold

Earn 400 points and you’ll move into our second tier, Gold, where you’ll earn double points for every dollar spent – 2 points for every $1 spent. 

Along with bonus birthday points, Gold Members will also get access to exclusive member-only sales and events.

Diamond

Earn 1,000 points and you’ll unlock our exclusive top tier, Diamond, where you’ll earn triple points for every dollar spent – 3 points for every $1 spent. 

Along with bonus birthday points, Diamond Members will also get access to exclusive member-only sales and events.
How does the Vasse Virgin Rewards program work?

Our new Loyalty Program, Vasse Virgin Rewards, allows our valuable members to earn points while they shop!

Tier 1: Silver

Can I redeem my Points to use in store?

Yes, Rewards Points are available to redeem in both in stores and online.

We are excited to announce the successful integration of our systems, allowing Vasse Virgin Rewards points to be earned and redeemed seamlessly both in store and online. As a reminder, to enjoy exclusive in store discounts, ensure that you are an activated Rewards Member.
How do I check my Points balance?

Click on the Vasse Virgin Rewards tab on the lower right-hand corner of any page in our Online Shop and, once you've signed into your account, select the Home tab to see how many points you have accumulated. 
How much is a Point worth?

1 Point = 5c

Essentially, when you have earned 100 Points, you can then redeem them for $5 off voucher on your next purchase.  
I’ve just placed an order / signed up / followed you on Social Media, but I don’t see the Points in my account?

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for our system to process and apply Points to your account. If they don’t appear in your account after 24 hours, please email us at soapfactory@vassevirgin.com.au with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Do my Points have an expiry date?

Yes. Points are eligible for redemption up to 12 months from the date they are originally earned. Please make sure you spend your points within the 12 month validity period to retain your balance. But, don’t worry – we’ll send you a reminder so you don’t forget! 

Any vouchers that have been redeemed with Points will have a six (6) month expiry. For example, if you have redeemed 100 Points to receive a $5 off voucher, you will have six (6) months to use that voucher before it expires.   
I can't login to my Rewards Account

Your Vasse Virgin Rewards login is the same as your online account login details. If you have forgotten your login, simply go to the login page and click on 'Forgot your password?' to reset. 

If you're still having issues, you can email soapfactory@vassevirgin.com.au for assistance. Please note it may take up to 36 business hours for a response. 
What happens to my rewards points if my order is returned or cancelled?

Any points associated with that order will be removed from your Rewards account balance.
