    Beautifully blended blasamic

    I first came across this balsamic three years ago when I was visiting the Margaret River region.

    The blending of perfectly balanced orange and cardamom with the balsamic has created a balsamic like none I've tasted before. The taste is wonderful, subtle, smooth, with a sweetness that is perfect. The orange and cardamom undertones are a delight. Light, fresh, and a taste sensation which gives a lovely taste addition to salads . I've also used it as a dressing for perfectly pan fried whiting.

    Please don't ever stop making it.

    Fortunately with parcel post I don't have to travel the 6,000 kilometre round trip to purchase this culinary gem.
