Workshop Terms & Conditions

  • All participants must be at least 16 years of age
  • Maximum number of participants is 8 per workshop
  • Workshops require a minimum of 2 people to go ahead
  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking, bookings are not confirmed unless payment in full has been received
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class time will receive a full refund
  • No shows and cancellations within 24 hours or less of the scheduled class time will not be refunded

Booking Information

Classes require a minimum of two people to go ahead and are run daily from Monday to Saturday. 

To make a booking, simply click the 'Book Now' button and select your date and time.

Please email us at soapfactory@vassevirgin.com.au for Sunday bookings, which require a minimum of 4 participants. 

Gift Card/Voucher Details

eGift Cards & Workshop Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue. Workshop Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online to book a workshop. Alternatively, both Workshop Gift Vouchers and eGift Cards can be used to shop online or in-store. A unique number is detailed on each eGift Card or Workshop Gift Voucher. When using the voucher to book a workshop online or shopping online, this number should be entered at checkout. If shopping in store, this number should be presented at the point of purchase.

Workshop Details

In this 60 minute workshop, learn the basics of the secret art of natural perfumery with hands on tuition and guidance from our highly trained perfumers.

Choose from three specially crafted base scents and learn how to add different notes to create your desired smell. You will be guided through a wide variety of pure essential oils and absolutes as you create your own unique personalised perfume to takeaway. You will take home a 15ml bottle of your own crafted perfume, your personalised recipe and worksheets and the basic skills to start experimenting with your own blending. A wonderful treat for yourself or a fantastic experience to share with friends.
