The Bella di Cerignola black olive jar is the traditional glass vase that contains pickled olives inside. The round-shaped glass packaging is a clear reference to the peasant tradition, that is, when immediately after harvesting, the olives were brought to the company to be preserved in brine. The preservation process using brine is based on the ancient recipe of the Fratepietro family, which enhances the flavour of the olives which are so tasty and crunchy at the first bite.
The Andrea Fratepietro agricultural company is located in Cerignola in Puglia. Here he has been cultivating Bella di Cerignola olive trees since 1800.
