Essential Oil Room Diffuser

Thank you for the opportunity to provide further feedback on this product and very many thanks, too, for forwarding me a replacement for the original. I purchased two of these items late in 2023. The first was for a gift and the second for myself. I expressed disappointment, comparing it with other purchases of the same product over the years.

I’m sorry to report that my opinion, after some time of using the replacement, hasn’t changed. I still find the fragrance doesn’t seem to be nearly as strong as previous purchases which is really disappointing. It was explained to me that the fragrances vary depending on the time of year that the herbs are collected and perhaps these products were from a similar batch. The diffuser has been located in exactly the same location in my house as it always has been. After sampling two diffusers recently manufactured presumably at different times of the year, and being disappointed on both occasions, I’d be very reluctant to purchase that product again.

Years ago you made a similar product with eucalyptus oil added and I never could understand why that was discontinued. Apart from the beautiful fragrance of the combination of oils used, I would have thought it an excellent product for tourists.
