On a recent Barossa trip I picked up a jar of the Chilli Jam and have just re-ordered another 3 jars.
It is delicious and is on regular rotation in our house - my favourite way to have it is with Poached Eggs, Bacon, Toast, Avo & Feta. Even my children have become addicted!

My Saturday morning would not be complete without this chilli jam on my bacon, poached eggs and smashed avocado breakfast. I have tried others and very few come near to its texture and its perfect amount of chilli and sweetness. We order in bulk and use them until they are gone. I only give tit away as a present to people who will truly use it and appreciate it. It's a treasure.
