Both chamomile and lavender are known to reduce redness and irritation of the skin. Chamomile soothes inflamed skin and lavender is great for soothing the itch and irritation of eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis. Both lavender and chamomile also relieve the itchiness of mosquito and other insect bites. Sufferers from dandruff and an itchy scalp can massage our Soothing Skin Balm or Massage Oil into their scalp over night for relief.

Both of these essential oils are also known to relieve stress and can help you feel calm and relaxed. The smell of lavender is wonderful to help get to sleep, and we know a cup of chamomile tea is great before bed too!

These two essential oils work perfectly together to relieve symptoms of eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis caused by a range of factors. Using an all-natural skincare range, specifically designed for sensitive skin, is a great step to keep your skin healthy, and to reduce and manage any sensitive skin issues you may be suffering from.
