Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 2 1/4 cups Plain Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Vasse Virgin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips



Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl then set aside. In another bowl, combine the sugar, vanilla and olive oil. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in the flour mixture, then add the Milk to make the dough a little firmer. Roll the dough into small balls and place onto greased or lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
