Caramelised Onion Puffs


  • 190gm Vasse Virgin Carmelised Onion Jam
  • 1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes
  • Goats Cheese
  • 2 Puff Pastry sheets



Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the pastry sheets into quarters and place onto baking paper on an oven tray. In the centre of each piece of pastry place a spoonful of the onion jam, a cherry tomato and some crumbled goats cheese. Brush the edges of the pastry with a little juice from the onion jam to help to seal the edges. Then fold the corners of the pastry into the centre to form a square. Bake in the oven until the pastry has started to puff and turned golden brown. Enjoy!
