Asian Salmon with Ginger EVOO


  • 4 Salmon fillets or cutlets
  • 2 Spring Onions, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vasse Virgin Ginger Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 red Chilli, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil



In a large frying pan, pour in the ginger oil and fry the salmon for one minute on each side. Add the garlic, chilli, spring onions, soya sauce and sesame oil, and then cook for 5-10 minutes depending on how you like your salmon. Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy!
