Chicken Strawberry Salad


  • 8 Lettuce leaves, torn
  • 2 1/2 cups (or 625ml) Chicken, sliced and cooked
  • 2 cups (or 500ml) Strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup (or 250ml) Cucumber, sliced
  • Vasse Virgin Strawberry Vinaigrette



Arrange a handful of the lettuce on each plate. Top the lettuce with the sliced chicken, halved strawberries and the cucumber slices. Drizzle with the Vasse Virgin Strawberry Vinaigrette and serve immediately. Enjoy!
