Ingredients:
- French Rib Lamb Chops, well-trimmed
- Vasse Virgin Mediterranean Dukkah
- Vasse Virgin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour out the dukkah onto a plate. Brush the lamb chops with the olive oil, then press the lamb chops firmly into the dukkah. Then turn and repeat the process on the back. Place the chops on an oiled roasting dish and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the dukkah has turned golden brown. Serve the chops alongside a fresh green salad with either our Passionfruit Vinaigrette or a garlic yoghurt. Enjoy!
