Stuffed Figs with Honey Balsamic
- 8 fresh Figs
- 6 oz. Gorgonzola Blue Cheese
- 1/4 cup Vasse Virgin Honey Balsamic
Cut the figs in half lengthwise, place the flat side up and put a tablespoon of blue cheese on top of each half. Top this with a tablespoon of the honey balsamic vinegar. Put the figs on a warm grill and cook gently until the cheese has melted and the figs are heated through. Enjoy!
